CONTRACT: When you reserve a canoe, kayak, or tube trip down the river online you agree to the service terms, which can be viewed here: https://campatchimneyrock.com/campground-policies/terms-conditions/

HOW TO BOOK: Reserve at the section of this webpage above.

PAYMENT: When reserving a canoe, kayak, or tube trip online you will pay for the reservation and emailed a receipt. We require a credit card on file to book any rental for damage protection, and you may cancel up to one week in advance without incurring a no-show penalty fee. 

CHECK-OUTS: All river trips must be pre-scheduled. To schedule, choose your desired time during check out above in the form. At the scheduled check out time we will meet you at the Chimney Rock Office to get you out on the river.

CHECK-INs: For check ins, we expect you to look over the equipment used during your river trip and report any issues that arose – text (563) 203-0653. Staff will check the condition of the equipment, and if there are any issues you will be charged accordingly and provided photo and written documentation. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Chimney Rock Campground reserves the right to cancel rental agreements due to inclement or impending bad weather (high winds, storms, etc.). We know that plans can go astray. However, Chimney Rock Campground relies primarily on advance reservations and cancellations cannot always be filled. Refunds are not issued due to bad weather – however, you are welcome to either wait to book until the forecast is known or if you do book move your reservation to another day based on availability.
