Our glamping wagon is a perfect getaway affording guests much more than just another shelter in nature. Authentic gypsy covered wagons, or “vardos”, allow you to have an adventure within an adventure. Enjoy nature without having to pack all of your stuff!

Campsite Description
This glamping wagon is outfitted with one full-sized loft-style bed and has a food prep area. Outdoors is home to a charcoal grill and patio furniture as well as a picnic table and firepit. This wagon also provides basic electricity for charging cell phones and provides lights.
A space heater is also provided (heaters provided in units – bring your own 1 lb propane canisters or buy them in our store – 1 canister should get you through overnight).
There is parking for two vehicles with overflow parking available at the bathhouse.

Chimney Rock Campground is more than a camping trip away, it is a campground resort with river trips leaving from our grounds! Part of what makes Chimney Rock so special is our amenities are included. We do have high-speed wifi at the rec building/office – so if you need to send an email or stream a movie on a rainy day, we’ve got you covered.
Our base rates include more amenities than you would expect from any other camping experience, including access to:
